The event will be held at Deer Park Retreat Center in New Hope Pa.
Deer Park is an event venue near Philadelphia and New York City, with four separate buildings for meeting, speaking, team building and drumming. The Women’s Drum Retreat has exclusive use of this venue for the duration of the weekend. The venue is minutes from downtown New Hope.
Meeting Places and Eating Places
Deer Park has four separate buildings for gathering and activities. The Grand Pavilion can host up to 180 guests, in a historic, one-of-a-kind building. The Education Hall and Meetinghouse are each air-conditioned with space for up to 120 and 60 people, respectively. The Dining Hall is the perfect place for meals, for up to 180 people.

Outdoor Places
Deer Park is spread across 76 acres. Come swim in the in-ground pool. Enjoy a stroll through the Grove. Relax in the peace garden. Sit around the outdoor fire pit. Walk the labyrinth.

Sleeping Spaces & Bath/Restroom Facilities
Cabins house up to 4 women in each. Bathhouse and toilets are in 2 buildings a short walk for the cabins. Cabins are not air conditioned, but you may bring a fan if you desire. Most of the cabins have bunk beds with traditional camp mattresses. You are responsible for bringing linens, blankets, pillow, towels, etc. You are welcome to bring an airbed or air mattress.
In the event it is very hot, there is floor space available in the air conditioned Meeting House, where you can bring your bedding and sleep on the floor in one main room.

The Bathhouse centrally located, and houses toilets, sinks, showers and changing areas.
Lodge
There are also a limited number of rooms available in the air-conditioned lodge. The air-conditioned Lodge has twelve bedrooms, plus a separate kitchen, showers and restrooms. These rooms are also 4 per room and there is an additional surcharge applied.

RV parking is an option, however there are no water hookups, but there is electricity. RV participants have access to all facilities and meals are included.
